Our elite clubhouse is the favorite gathering place for all our residents. This beautiful building is over 8000 Sq. Ft. It is available for community events, as well as gatherings for friends and family members. Our clubhouse has a great room and a large dance floor for weekend parties, dances and special occasions. It also contains a pool table room, Exercise room, Card playing room and a Craft room complete with a pottery kiln and much more. We stay very active here at Gainsborough with exercise/aerobics classes held three times a week, craft classes held once a week, coffee and dessert parties EVERY Friday Morning, dinner out once a month, our welcome parties, plus potlucks and dances with live bands. We want to create a fun, relaxing and glamorous lifestyle for you and all of our residents.

Every Saturday (besides one) we go out to breakfast at a local diner. We all get together, chat and enjoy our neighbor's company over a hot breakfast. A great way to start off anyone's weekend.

One special Saturday a month, our MEN get together and cook us all breakfast at the clubhouse. These men know how to cook! Come try a homemade breakfast that was made by your friendly Gainsborough neighbors!

Every Friday morning we gather at the clubhouse for coffee and dessert. This gives us time to catch up on the latest gossip and enjoy our sugar and caffeine!

Our Christmas parties are a real treat. We have catered dinners, get served the best foods and watch live entertainment. Enjoy a huge Christmas Party with your friends and neighbors.

These ladies have a great time. Once a month they leave the men at home and enjoy some good ole' fashion Girl Time! They eat, drink, shop and have a blast. Grab a red hat, a purple outfit, a come join all the fun with out Red Hat Society!

Once a year we throw a HUGE progressive garden party. We all meet at a homeowners backyard and enjoy different wines and appetizers, then we are off to the clubhouse for a huge steak BBQ, then we go to another homeowners backyard for different coffees and desserts.

Oooo... Halloween is a time for children and candy! WAIT A MINUTE... not at Gainsborough!

We throw you a real grown up BASH. We have tons of foods, prizes and even a LIVE BAND! Grab your costume but tell the grandchildren they are own their own cause you won't be home, you have your own party to attend. Enjoy music, dancing, food, drinks, and trying to figure out just who is in those costumes! Halloween will never be standing at the door handing out candy again. SUMMER TIME! We have a huge BBQ area outside our clubhouse. During the summer we have at least one BBQ a month. Chicken, steak, hamburgers and all the side dishes you could want. Toped off with a sundae ice-cream bar. Our BBQ's have become a favorite among our homeowners! Join us for a BBQ you will never forget!
